About me
I’m a photographer based in Brussels, Belgium 🇧🇪, born in 2000 in Bucharest, Romania. My work moves between street photography and portraiture, anchored in a desire to capture life as it unfolds, unfiltered, imperfect, and deeply human.
I’m drawn to those quiet, often overlooked moments: a glance exchanged in passing, the texture of a city wall, a stranger’s stillness at a traffic light. These small things, mundane on the surface, hold emotion, memory, and history. I try to capture them before they disappear. In a way, photography helps me press pause on the world, if only for a fraction of a second.
My style and approach
My artistic approach focuses on rawness and honesty. I don’t chase perfection. I’m more interested in what feels real. I see photography as a form of visual storytelling, a way of revealing the unnoticed poetry in our daily lives, the beauty in imperfection, the quiet dignity of the everyday.
Nature also plays a role in my work, seen not as a backdrop, but as a living character with its own moods and stories. I try to frame the world through a human eye, but one that remains open to stillness, surprise, and serendipity.
My background and inspiration
With a background in Communication Studies, I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection between image, message, and emotion. My studies deepened my interest in visual symbolism and narrativ, elements I continue to explore through photography.
Photography, for me, is both a craft and a quiet rebellion against forgetfulness. It’s a way to hold on to something real, something fleeting. I’m always looking for that one frame that speaks for itself, without needing to explain.
Available for collaborations and projects in Belgium, the Netherlands, and abroad.
